In-Home Meal Preparation

• Weekly, biweekly, monthly, and occasional services.

• All packages include initial consultation and assessment, menu planning, shopping, cooking your selected meals, packaging and labeling, complete heating instructions, and clean up!

• Grocery costs and packaging costs are not included in my rates. Your grocery costs will be determined by your chosen menu. Packaging costs are determined by how you want your meals packaged. I will purchase any needed packaging supplies for you and include them with your grocery bills.

• Book ahead and save! I offer pricing incentives to clients who commit to a regular schedule of service. Book a minimum of three months service to receive my pricing incentive.

  Complete meals consisting of entrees and appropriate side dishes. Six servings of each entree.

  Special Diets—When additional time is needed for menu planning, calculations, or shopping at specialty food stores, a $35 fee per cooking date will be added. Not all special diets will incur a special diet fee.

  Single-Serving Packaging—There is an additional fee of $35 per cooking date for single-serving packaging.

  Payment—Payment of a grocery deposit and the Personal Chef fee is due in advance of the cooking date. Any overpayment of the grocery deposit will be credited to the next session or refunded. Payment methods are personal check or cash.
